First off-road dealer locations added to

Christopher Goodfellow - 27 October 2010

AGCO is the first off-road dealer to have locations stocking Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) listed on now lists 64 AGCO dealerships where Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) can be purchased in 1 and 2.5 gallon jugs. All AGCO dealers are able to order in Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) on request from customers.

Several AGCO tractor models are equipped with e3 Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology, which requires Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), including the MT600C, DT, MF8600 and Valtra S Series High Horsepower tractors.

AGCO is a leading global manufacturer of agricultural equipment operating 2700 dealers worldwide, with almost 1500 of these in the US and Canada.  AGCO also has distribution operations in the US and Canada, as well as South America, Europe and Australia.

John Rogers, from AGCO's Challenger Track and Articulated Tractors division told, "The supply and availability of DEF was the largest concern for consumers of SCR equipped vehicles initially, but through AGCO's commitment to its dealers and their customers we have effectively supplied all SCR servicing dealers with retail, bulk, and storage solutions. The overall market response has been overwhelmingly positive about SCR and the integration of DEF in most farm operations, proving that AGCO's e3™ system truly delivers compliance without compromise."

More off-road dealers, such as Case New Holland, will be listed on in the near future.
