Mansfield Oil announces acquisition of Fuel-All Network

Sarah Jin - 11 August 2011

Mansfield Oil Company has undertaken further steps to expand its mobile fueling network and transaction processing capabilities within the DeliveryONE DEF distribution network, by wholly acquiring Fuel-All, a mobile fuelling network operator based in California.

This new expansion of the Mansfield brand will support existing transaction processing capabilities within the company, as well as adding additional service providers to the DeliveryONE network.

Mansfield Vice President of DeliveryONE, Sara Hordinski, comments "we have been growing our mobile fuelling network rapidly for the past three years by investing in the transaction processing capabilities that our national account customers require. With fuel prices high, customers want the savings of a national fuel supply program along with a convenient settlement system."

Dough Haugh, executive vice president and CIO of Mansfield Oil, adds "the addition of Fuel-All provides new network settlement options which allow customers to combine their mobile fuel purchases with the other bulk, onsite, and over the road fuelling options available from Mansfield nationally."
