The average price of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) reached $2.73
per gallon in the U.S. in November, according to DEF Tracker.
The price at the pump fell in 25, or 58%, of the 43 U.S. States
offering the facility between October and November, however, the
average across the country increased by three cent per gallon.
There are now four truck stops offering DEF at the pump in
Canada, all operated by Pilot Flying J. The price at these
locations is CAD$0.80 per liter.
DEF Tracker is a new monthly service
tracking DEF pricing in a number of delivery modes, including pump
prices at truck stops, bulk, tote and 2.5 gallon jugs, in cities
and across states.
