Emissions control analyst Christopher Goodfellow recently
gave a presentation at Integer's Diesel
Emissions Conference & DEF Forum in Atlanta, GA.
Goodfellow's speech included an in-depth look at
integrated and non-integrated DEF production locations. He also
highlighted that by the end of August 2011, there were 143,000
SCR-equipped Class 8 trucks on the road in the USA and that DEF
consumption hit 6 million gallons per month during that month.
Expectations are that the number of truck stops offering bulk DEF
would reach 350 by the end of 2011, Goodfellow added.
