Ashland Consumer Markets' Valvoline subsidiary and Cummins Filtration have joined forces to operate in all post-production stages of DEF distribution - from packaging and quality control to marketing - of Air Shield DEF. The API certified diesel exhaust fluid will be launched in April 2010, and will be available from Valvoline's 850 serving locations, as well as Cummin's highway networks in the US and Canada. Air Shield DEF will be available in packaged quantities of various sizes (jugs, drums and totes), including the new "quick flow" bottle which claims to dispense 2.5gallons of DEF in less than 30 seconds.
